We require a deposit of $500 to secure a custom built Castle Classic
Arcade upright or cocktail table. This includes all standard
build models such as Golden Tee Classic, Mortal Kombat series, Ms. Pacman, Donkey Kong, Robotron and
Galaga arcade games. The deposit is used to make sure your arcade
game is our highest priority and ensures you that your machine will be
completed on time.
Some upgrade items and special order machines (Golden Tee Fore,
Silver Strike) may require an additional or larger deposit.

Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order and receive a
refund on your deposit, you must do so in writing within 3 business days
after the date the order is placed. Cancellation after 3 business
days will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Balances must be paid in full within 10 business
days after the date the game is completed. We will inform you that your
machine is finished via phone and email. Additionally, you must take
delivery of your game within 10 business days of the completion date.
Completed games that have unpaid balances, and/or
are not picked-up or accepted for delivery within the above mentioned
time frame may be remarketed for sale and will result in the forfeiture
of the game deposit (unless an extension was previously arraigned).
