Williams (1986) High Speed Pinball
Williams started a whole new lineup of pinball machines based on the System 11 hardware. High Speed was the first machine to use this new hardware, which was way more reliable than the prior generation. In fact, this hardware is equal to if not more reliable than the latest hardware created by Williams/Bally in the 90's
This machine is a true classic based on an actual occurrence between the designer Steve Ritchie and the local law enforcement. High Speed is a car guy's go-to machine and it really is very enjoyable. Some would argue that it plays better than it's sequel, High Speed II - The Getaway.
This machine will get the following restoration:
- Cabinet and back box restoration with 5-step automotive paint process.
- New legs and hardware
- restored coin door
- Playfield tear down, re-graphic and clear coated
- LED conversion
- New plastics where possible
- LED under cabinet upgrade
This machine will look and play BETTER than it ever came off the factory floor
